The Website is operated by Magenta. References in these Terms to “Magenta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Magenta and its operation of the Website.

Certain products and collections may be available only in limited quantities.

Product availability is not guaranteed. An item appearing on the Website, being added to a shopping cart, or being submitted as part of an order does not guarantee that inventory will remain available.

Magenta may limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability.

If Magenta is unable to fulfill an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Magenta makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, colors, materials, features, care information, and other product details.

Actual products may vary slightly from their appearance on a screen because of differences in displays, lighting, photography, materials, finishes, manufacturing, and other factors.

Certain handmade, hand-finished, glazed, decorated, or artisan-inspired products may naturally display variations in color, finish, texture, shape, pattern, or other characteristics. These natural variations may not constitute a product defect.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has completed all payment, inventory, verification, processing, or fulfillment requirements.

Magenta may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment because of circumstances including:

• A material pricing or product-information error

• An unsuccessful payment authorization

• A payment, billing, or order-verification issue

• Other circumstances that prevent Magenta from reasonably fulfilling the order

If Magenta cancels an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENT & ORDER VERIFICATION

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

To help protect customers and Magenta from fraud and unauthorized transactions, orders may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment.

Magenta may delay or cancel an order if required verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably believe a transaction may be fraudulent or unauthorized.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Shipping rates, processing and delivery estimates, address-change requests, order cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged or defective merchandise, incorrect or missing items, lost packages, and Final Sale merchandise are addressed in Magenta's Shipping & Returns Policy.

PREORDERS

Magenta may offer certain products for preorder before they are available for shipment.

The estimated availability or shipping timeline for a preorder will be communicated in connection with the applicable product or purchase.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change because of production, transportation, supply-chain, carrier, or other circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, Magenta will communicate available options to affected customers.

Preorder cancellation and refund procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and any additional terms presented with the applicable preorder.

If Magenta cancels a preorder or is unable to fulfill it, payment collected for the affected item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Magenta may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, free-shipping offers, gifts with purchase, bundles, or other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, quantity restrictions, or other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined.

Magenta may decline or cancel fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive use of a promotional offer.

CREATOR & COLLABORATION COLLECTIONS

Magenta may offer products developed, designed, promoted, licensed, or sold in collaboration with creators, artists, designers, influencers, licensors, or other partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products purchased through the Magenta Website are purchased from Magenta and are subject to Magenta's applicable customer policies.

Names, artwork, trademarks, designs, photography, and other materials associated with collaborations may belong to Magenta, the applicable creator or partner, or their respective licensors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and content made available through it—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product imagery, artwork, collection materials, Website design, video, and other content—are owned by Magenta or used with permission from the applicable rights holder and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, publish, or modify protected Website content without appropriate authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Magenta's or another party's intellectual property to you.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a problem with an order or charge, please contact Magenta so we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, Magenta may provide the applicable payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution with records related to the transaction, including order information, customer communications, fulfillment records, tracking information, delivery information, and applicable policies.

While a transaction is subject to an active chargeback or payment dispute, Magenta may wait for that process to be resolved before separately issuing a refund for the same disputed amount.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights available to you through your card issuer, bank, payment provider, or applicable law.

The Website may contain links to or interact with websites, payment providers, social-media platforms, shipping providers, applications, or other services operated by third parties.
